Beginners:
This course is design for people who are new to the world of yoga and would like to have a correct start in their practice.
Intermediate/open class:
An ideal class for those who have finished the beginner’s course and are familiar with all foundation postures and ready mentally and physically to try more challenging variation on different postures. The layout of intermediate or open class allows practitioner to advance in postures and techniques as they desire.
Advance:
A physically and mentally challenging class for those who like to find and pass their physical and mental limitation.
Our famous Kids Yoga:
A gift that your children will keep forever. Introducing discipline and self awareness in young age is beneficial to both parents and children at the same time. Yoga will help kids develop strong and healthy body with clear and focus mind. Flexibility in physical and mental level are thought to students by certified instructors with years of experience working in many kids yoga camps.
Pregnancy Yoga:
Provides a safe and sound way to help pregnant woman to have a comfortable and healthy pregnancy and preparing her for a comfortable and confident labour experience. Breathing and special postures are thought along with meditative techniques to have control over your labour and stay in control throughout your labour.
The practice of prenatal Yoga will help you understand and face the challenges and transformations which happen to your body and emotions during pregnancy. You will learn to grow confidence and strong through safe practices of breathing, postures, relaxation and meditation.

Kundalini Yoga Class
Kundalini Yoga asana series is done in conjunction with a specific breath that intensifies the effects of the poses with the purpose of freeing energy in the lower body and allowing it to move upwards. A Kundali class will usually consist of a warm-up to stretch the spine and improve flexibility, a sequences of poses that focus on a specific area of the body and meditation. The Kundali sequences are very physically intense. This type of yoga appeals to those who are up to both mental and physical challenges.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient system of exercise that emphasizes effortless breathing, flowing movements and proper body coordination;

· For maintaining and improving physical, mental & neurological health.
· For developing grace, poise and balance.
· Cultivation of the internal “chi”.

Breathing:
The most important and vital food for your body receives the least of attention!! Without breath you cannot last more than few minutes but unfortunately we pay lot of attention two our food and drinks which are by far as vital as breath to our existence. Breathing techniques are used to bring peace, focus, confidence, concentration to the mind. They are also a method of self control and subduing the human appetite.
Most of daily mental stresses are released simply by correct breathing exercises. In fact tension is caused by lack of oxygen to the brain; anxiety and stress are also directly related to how we breathe. Learn to decrease panic alert of your mind, increase your intake of PRANA (vital energy), cleanse your system and bring true relaxation to your physical body using breathing techniques.
